Founding shops
nook is starting where its makers are, not where the county lines fall. When ten shops sit within 15 miles of each other, that place gets a page of its own: the makers on it, what they make, and what they’re doing together — shared events, a trail, a pickup point in town. A place is just distance. No boundary anyone drew takes part.

4 shops on nook with a place so far. The next 7 decide what gets built for this one.
Pins sit at town level, never at an address, and only for shops that chose to be on the map.
A shop is £15 a month, on your own domain if you have one; events never need a subscription. The early shops shape what the place page becomes.
